Nociceptive receptor system : ส่วนใหญ่ tiss จะมีn ending ที่เรียกว่า nociceptive receptor – เป็น body’s pain waring system , impeding danger และเกี่ยวกับ moving jt beyond normal limit ,บอกว่า damage แล้ว เช่น ankle sprain
n ending พบใน skin , subcu , และ fibrous capsule of all synovial apophyseal jt , ใน longitudinal lig , flaval and interspinous lig , ใน periosteum cover vertebral body and arch , ใน fascia, aponeuroses , tendon , spinal dura mater , dural sleeves รอบๆ n root , annulus fibrosus intervertebral disc
