A. Spontaneous nystagmus
– Nystagmus เป็น sign สำคัญในการevaluation vestibular system เพราะมันเป็น involuntary ,rhythmical , oscillatory movement of eyes
– ได้ทั้ง horizontal ,vertical or rotatory
– ได้ทั้ง slow / fast
– direction of nystagmus indicate โดยดูที่ fast component
– ส่วน intensfy of nystagmus เป็นตัวบอก degree
