DDx – pseudoproptosis -> เห็น proptosed eyeball ใน normal direction
– เกิดใน enopthalmose of contralatr eye จาก previous forgotten trauma , eg orbital blowout Fx
– เกิด lid retraction , high myopia ทำให้ดู eyeball proptosed
