distension อาจเกิดจาก acute bleeding , ascitic fluid , air perforation
distention อาจจไม่ได้มี pathology ก็ได้ เช่น anxious patient, digestive distress , LUQ อาจจะเกิดจาก aerophagia เกิดจาก unconcious swallowing of air
