患儿,男,6岁。因活动后胸闷、气

胸闷 (xiōng mèn) = chest tightness, chest discomfort
1年余入院。患儿1年前出现活动后胸闷、

短,无晕厥、咯血,院外检查发现肺动脉高压。无特殊家族史。

清晰 (qīng xī) = clear, distinct
HR 90次/分,胸骨左缘3～4肋闻及2/6级收缩期杂音,P2 亢进,双下肢无水肿。实验室检查:无明显异常。
心电图:窦性心律,电轴右偏。
胸部X线(图1-1):左肺纹理稀疏,肺动脉凸出,右心房、室增大,心胸比0.55。
