NT-proBNP ใช้ได้คล้ายๆ BNP แต่เป็น non-active prohormone
initial hs-troponin 50ng/L (99th percentile men 22ng/L) -> rising 80ng/L , ECG – LVH, no ischemic ST abnormal , echo – global LV dysfunction without segmental wall motion abnormality,
