direct fundoscopy – magnified red reflex 1851 เริ่มทำ ophthalmoscope
Slip lamp – microscope + light soruce
– magnified ตั้งแต่ *10 , 16 , 25, 40
– filter – heat absorbing
10% grey (neutral density) filter
red free (green filter) -> ดู retinal nerve fiber
Cobalt blue
– ใช้ very thin beam ส่องไปที่ pupil , ให้คนไข้มองมาที่หูเรา
– ดูที่ retina eg vitreous hemorrhage , retinal tear
-Anterior vitrous , Schaffer’s sign
– dilate จะทำให้ดูได้ง่ายขึ้น
ถ้าเราเห็น lens glare สามารถแก้โดย tilt whole column stern
Fundus non-contact lens , 0 ตัวเลขน้อย magnification เยอะ , ส่วน 90 มี small magnification
– lens super virtual funder – wide field
– บางอันจะดู periopheral , detechment ได้ดีกว่า
– ถ้าทำ Laser prp ควรจะ peripheral
