- ถ้าฉีดไม่ถึง temporal อาจจะเหลือด้านข้าง -> avoid “spock” brow animation

- กรณีมีเฉพาะ upper forehead lines , ฉีดที่ midforehead -> Angry
- Mid forehead lines -> ฉีดสูงหน่อย หลีกเลี่ยง frozen

- case กลัวฉีดแล้วเกิด angry look
- Lateral canthal region – orbicularis คล้าย ray-ban
- Moderate upper facial line – ฉีดน้อย อาจจะได้นานไม่ถึง 8 wk ->Rx 64u Dr. Arthur Swift
- ฉีด upper of crow feet ระวังอาจจะมี frontalis มาเกาะ ,ทำให้ brow ptosis

- ใช้ติดต่อกันเกิน 10 ปี -> เกิดดื้อ น้อย
