– ต้อง 90* attachment and wire-pass burs (burs คือ small cutting tools , ส่วน burr เป็นการ cutting and sculpting bone )
– incisionยาว 5 นิ้ว หรือ 12.5 cm lower border of clavicle ,just above coracoid process , downwards and outwards along – anterior border of deltoid muscle
– dissection and retraction muscle ลงไปถึง coracoid process
