Impingement syndrome – ใช้โดย Charles Neer 1972 , เน้น supraspinatus insertion ใกล้ๆกับ greater tuberosity , bicipital groove lie อยู่ anteroir to coracoacromial arch โดย shoulder อยู่ใน neutral position
