สรุปว่า lip and nose region – well vascular br of facial A , maxillary A , intn carotid A
anastomose , freely , extensive
ทำให้สามารถทำ surgical repair lip , nose defect – โดยใช้ large, longer wider sliding flap

-แบ่งเป็น supr/infr labial A at angle of mouth
– supr labial ออกจาก br of infr labial , โดย facial A ยังคงไปต่อ superoantr

Type A – mc , 47.5% , nasolabial A วิ่ง parallel deep to nasolabial groove , วิ่ง supr , mediallay – ให้ infr / supr labial A
– latr nasal A -> จากนั้นให้ infr / supf alar A , ก่อนจะ terminating เป็น angular A
Type B 38.7% , แตกต่างจาก A ที่ให้ br ถึงแค่ supr alar A
type C 8.4% supr , infr alar A – มาจาก nasal septal A ^แสดงว่าตอนตัด alar ถ้ากด nasolabial groove แล้วยังไม่หยุด ก็ให้กดตรงกลาง
Type D 3.8% , angular วิ่ง direct จาก facial A
Type E – rarest 1.4% , lack br , มีแค่ infr labial A ที่เห็น และมาจาก fabial A , ^แล้ว type นี้ ทำ Abbe flap of upper ไม่ได้นะซิ !!
สรุป Type A,B D รวมกันได้ 90% -> ซึ่งพวกนี้ี extensive vascular distribution
