ขอให้คุณหมอยึดมั่นออกข้อมูลตามข้อเท็จจริงเท่านั้น ถ้าจะช่วยคนไข้ ช่วยการรักษาพยาบาลอย่าช่วยด้วยการออกใบรับรองไม่ตรงความจริง จะเกิดคดีทั้งแพ่ง คดีอาญา และคดีจริยธรรมครับ ไม่คุ้มเลย รวมถึงการออกใบรับรองให้เบิกได้โดย ช่วยเหลือให้เบิกประกัน หรือสิทธิต่างๆ อันตรายมากครับ ปัจจุบันโดนตรวจสอบอยู่หลายคดี

.Warning to Clinic Doctors: Don’t Issue False Medical Certificates
Please be careful, doctors. Fraudsters may pose as patients to request false medical certificates (containing untrue information). After receiving such a certificate, they might send people to threaten lawsuits and demand money from you or your clinic.
Doctors should only issue certificates based on facts. If you want to help patients, help through treatment, not by issuing false certificates. Doing so could result in civil cases, criminal charges, and disciplinary actions. It’s not worth the risk.
Issuing certificates for insurance claims or benefits under false information is also very dangerous. Many such cases are currently under investigation.
If anyone requests this, tell them directly that the Medical Council prohibits issuing false certificates. Such conduct may lead to legal cases. Nowadays, fraud schemes are diverse, so doctors must be very cautious.

诈骗团伙可能会冒充病人，要求开具与事实不符的医疗证明（虚假医疗证明）。一旦拿到这样的证明，他们可能派人来威胁起诉、索赔，甚至勒索诊所或医生的钱财。
医生必须坚持只出具基于真实情况的证明。如果要帮助病人，就通过医疗治疗来帮助，而不是通过签发虚假证明。否则将可能引发民事案件、刑事案件以及职业道德案件，得不偿失。
尤其是为病人出具虚假证明以便报销保险或申请各类权益，更加危险。目前已有多起案件正在接受调查。
