CNS central nervous system รวมถึง cerebrum, cerebellum, brain stem , spinal cord
และ few scary-sounding structure ระหว่าง brain stem , cerebrum คือ diencephalon , คือ thalamus , epithalamus , subthalamus และ basal ganglia (รวมถึง caudate nucleus , globus pallidus , putamen , claustrum , amygdala )
– connect ระหว่าง diencephalon – basal ganglia
neuron , electrophysiological impulse วิ่งจาก dendrite -> cell body -> axon
– จาก axon มี Pathway เรียกว่า tract , fasciculus , peduncle or lemniscus
– bundle of axon เรียก nerve
spinal cord สั้นกว่า vertebral column , ถึง L2 , จากนั้นส่วนที่วิ่งลงไปเป็น cauda equina
