supraorbital nerve – 2 branches
-> lateral branch ผ่าน supraorbital notch เลี้ยง skin forehead ไปไกลถึง temporal and parietal area
-> thinner medial branch – ผ่าน frontal notch , notchนี้พบได้แต่ rare , supply bridge of nose , medial part of upper eyelid , medial forehead ,
เมื่อออกจาก orbit , supraorbital n จะแบ่งไป superficial branches ผ่าน frontalis muscleและ supply forehead skin
ส่วน deep branch ยังวิ่ง deep to corrugator supercilli and frontalis muscle , และวิ่งข้าม lateral of forehead ระหว่าง galea aponeurotica and pericranium เพื่อเลี้ยง frontoparietal scalp
และยังให้ postganglionic sympathetic fibers เพื่อเลี้ยง sweet gland of supraorbital area
