early repolarization pattern and J wave , พบบ่อย เช่น
– hypothermia
– hypercalcemia
– brain damage
เป็น benign condition
พบไม่เพียงแค่
– end-QRS notching / slurring
– แต่ยังมี ST segment elevation , upward concave ST , Tall T
Associate – Early repolarization pattern และ Cardiac arrhythmic death
-> พบ J point elevation with notched / slurred J wave inferior , lateral lead
-> แต่ถ้ามีเฉพาะ ST elevation อย่างเดียว ไม่ได้เพิ่ม risk
และจากการศึกษา พบว่า J point elevation , arrhythmic risk ไม่ได้เพิ่ม concave ST segment morphology
