เส้นทางหลัก (ประมาณ 22–25 กม. ใช้เวลา 40–60 นาที ขึ้นอยู่กับการจราจร)
- เริ่มจากสะพานใหม่
- ใช้ถนน พหลโยธิน (Phahonyothin Road) มุ่งหน้าเข้ากรุงเทพฯชั้นใน ผ่านวงเวียนบางเขน, สะพานควาย
- ขับตรงไปตามถนนพหลโยธินเรื่อย ๆ
- เข้าสู่ถนนพหลโยธิน → อนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ
- เมื่อถึงอนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ ให้ตรงไป และเตรียมชิดซ้าย
- เลี้ยวเข้าถนนพญาไท
- จากอนุสาวรีย์ชัยฯ ชิดซ้ายเพื่อเข้า ถนนพญาไท
- ขับตรงไปจนถึงแยกราชเทวี
- เข้าสู่ถนนราชเทวี → ราชประสงค์
- จากแยกราชเทวี ตรงไปตามถนนพญาไท จะเชื่อมกับ ถนนราชเทวี/เพชรบุรีตัดใหม่
