1 Bag-Mask Ventilation
🎁1 Bag-Mask Ventilation
p 3 – ventilation face mask – อาจจะใช้ร่วมกับ oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal airway -ระหว่าง spontaneous assisted , controlled ventilation
แต่เป็น relative control ถ้า full stomach
-อาจจะทำ cricoid p. ช่วย ป้องกัน vomiting , aspiration
ventilation bag (vb) มี 2 แบบ -self-inflating and flow-inflation (anesthesia) bag
ถ้า resucitation – ควรเป็นแบบ self-inflating
vb -มีหลาย size – infant , child , adult
v mask – ปกด rubber/plastic body
– connecting port , rim /face seal
good techควรจะ – mask-face seal
– inflating chest c minimal require p
– maintain optimal patency upper airway ทาง mandible and cervical spine
p 4 , use force and tidal vol – เพื่อให้ chest rise visibly
