Donor-site Anesthesia
ฉีด small bleb 1% lidocain 1:100,000 incision
– ตอน harvest fat สามารถใช้ iv mixture – remifentanil + midazolam
– แบ่งเป็น กรณี GA (General Anesthesia) หรือ Oral sedate ตามตารางด้านล่าง
– ผสม 1% lidocain 1:100,000 10 cc+ 10 cc NSS ได้ 20 cc
10 cc ฉีดที่ fat pad , 10 cc ฉีด superficial to fat pad
ฉีด superficial , deeper เพื่อได้ middle level เป็น cleaner harvesting
– superficial portion – most sensitive , ใช้มือข้างที่ไม่ถนัด stretching skin
Recipient-site Anesthesia
แบ่งเป็น 2 phase
1. inject ขอบเขตชัดเจน ใช้ sharp needle
2. inject broad area ด้วย blunt infiltrating cannula
