- MI – Acute Myocardial infarction
- Post-MI prophylaxis
- Unstable angina
- Stable angina
- หลังจากทำ CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) และ coronary angioplasty
- Coronary stents รวมกับ clopidogrel
- Lone AF ในแต่ละคน age < 65 yr.
- มี TIAs transient ischemic attacks หรือ ตามหลัง nonhemorrhagic stroke
ยา Antiplatelet agents
– Aspirin
– Ticlopidine
– Clopidogrel
– Dipyridamole + aspirin
- Platelet glycoprotein IIb/ IIIa receptor blockers

– Hyper acute T ดูเปรียบเทียบจาก EKG เดิม ใช้เครื่องเดิม เห็นว่าสูงขึ้น แม้ไม่มาก
– Q wave แตกๆ มักจะเป็น pathologic ~ scar
– LVH by volate เยอะๆ อาจจะทำให้ ratio ของ ST ดูสูงตามสัดส่วน
– infr wall STEMI อาจจะเกิดจาก aortic dissection ได้
Yt What is Clopidogrel? ✓
– ใช้กรณีเคยมี heart attact , มี stent
– ให้ยานานแค่ไหน ขึ้นอยู่กับหลายๆปัจจัย เช่น ถ้ามี stent จะให้ ASA+Clopidogrel 1 ปี
– ให้ใน ischemic stroke
Convicing evidence ว่า ยากลุ่ม antiplt และ heparin (ทั้ง unfractionated and low-molecular weight) ,bivalirudin , fondaparinux - improve morbidity , mortality of CHD
ส่วน Oral anticoagulants ร่วมกับ low-dose aspirin ใช้ในบาง situation

- พบ thrombus 87% ใน 4hr
– พบ 65% ใน 12 hr
– 65% พบ thrombi ที่ site preexisting high-grade stenosis
