Blinding eye disease โรคที่สำคัญเหล่านี้ เป็น irreversible blinding eye disease แต่สามารถรักษาได้ถ้ารู้ก่อน เช่น glaucoma , diabetic retinopathy , macular degeneration , retinal deteachment และใน อายุน้อยๆ Amblyopia
Systemic disese เช่น diabetes , HT, temporal arteritis , embolism จาก carotid artery or heart
Tumor or Disorder of Brain เช่น meningioma , aneurysms , multiple sclerosis
